目的 观察腹腔镜胃癌根治术对胃癌患者术后氧化应激指标及肠黏膜屏障指标的影响。方法 随机将2022年5月至2023年10月期间医院收治的86例胃癌患者分为2组,各43例。对照组实施传统的开腹胃癌根治术,观察组实施腹腔镜胃癌根治术。比较两组临床手术指标、术后氧化应激指标、肠黏膜屏障指标、术后并发症。结果 观察组手术、术后肛门首次排气、住院时间较对照组短,术中出血量较对照组少(P＜0.05);术后1d,两组MDA提高,SOD降低,但观察组MDA较对照组低,SOD较对照组高(P＜0.05);术后1d,两组ET、DAO、D-LAC提高,但观察组较对照组低(P＜0.05);两组术后并发症发生率比较(P＞0.05)。结论 腹腔镜胃癌根治术对胃癌患者躯体造成的氧化应激损伤较小,利于保护肠黏膜屏障功能,促进术后胃肠功能恢复,缩短住院时间。

Objective To observe the effects of laparoscopic radical gastrectomy on postoperative oxidative stress indexes and intestinal mucosal barrier indexes in patients with gastric cancer. Methods 86 patients with gastric cancer admitted to hospital from May 2022 to October 2023 were randomly divided into 2 groups with 43 cases in each group. The control group underwent traditional open radical gastrectomy, and the observation group underwent laparoscopic radical gastrectomy. The clinical operation indexes, postoperative oxidative stress indexes, intestinal mucosal barrier indexes and postoperative complications were compared between the two groups. Results The observation group was shorter than the control group in operation, first postoperative anal exhaust and hospital stay, and the amount of intraoperative bleeding was less (P < 0.05). One day after operation, MDA increased and SOD decreased in both groups, but MDA and SOD in observation group were lower and higher than those in control group (P < 0.05). One day after operation, ET, DAO and D-LAC were increased in both groups, but the observation group was lower than the control group (P <0.05). The incidence of postoperative complications was compared between the two groups (P > 0.05). Conclusion Laparoscopic radical gastrectomy has less oxidative stress damage on the body of gastric cancer patients, which is conducive to protecting intestinal mucosal barrier function, promoting postoperative gastrointestinal function recovery and shortening hospital stay.
